Metformin Hydrochloride I.P……….850 mg

INDICATIONS
1. Diet-failed non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus
2. Diabetes Mellitus uncontrolled by diet and exercise.

DOSAGE
500 mg thrice daily or 850 mg twice daily with or after meals, increased if necessary to 2 to 3g daily.
