INDICATIONS
• Acute Bacterial Exacerbation of Chronic Bronchitis
• Community-acquired Pneumonia
• Uncomplicated Skin and Skin Structure Infections
• Acute, Uncomplicated Urethral and Cervical Gonorrhea
• Nongonococcal Urethritis and Cervicitis
• Mixed Infections of the Urethra and Cervix
• Acute Pelvic Inflammatory Disease
• Uncomplicated Cystitis
• Complicated Urinary Tract Infections
• Prostatitis

Oxwal TZ and Oxwal OZ are indicated for the treatment of dental abscess and bleeding gums, intra abdominal infections and diarrhoea of mixed bacterial or protozoal origin. They may also be used for the treatment of gynaecological infections, skin and soft tissue infections and for surgical infections caused by susceptible microorganisms.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
The usual adult dose of Ofloxacin is 200-400 mg daily usually for 5-7 days depending on the type and severity of infection. Doses greater than 400 mg should be given in 2 divided doses.
Oxwal TZ and Oxwal OZ are given in a dose of one tablet twice daily for usually 5 days. Treatment may be extended to 10-14 days if needed.
